This set of L-Rods uses a double set of Copper handles that are 3 1/2″ long with a 3/16″ diameter tube inside of a 1/4″ diameter tube that is the same length.  Inside of this handle is a 4″ long 1/16″ diameter Brass Rod that is bent at the top of the handle to make the l-shape with a 6 1/2″ long swing arm.   The end of the swing arm is curled down to enhance the Dowsing configuration.

The copper handles are the Anode and the brass rod is the brass rod is the Cathode – any movement creates galvanic action due to the non-compatibility difference of the electrical potential between the copper handles and the brass rod – hence we have a self electrified set of L-rods.  This low voltage can be felt by the Dowser.
