for the 2026 ASD Conference
Due to limited space, once you are approved as a vendor or wellness practitioner, you will be provided with a specific code to enter to reserve your table/area.

Vendors: If you would like to bring someone to help at your vendor table, you are welcome to do so at no additional charge, but they will be required to pay for Convention to attend speaker talks and workshops. You will need to enter their information as part of ticketing process so that we can make up the appropriate ID for them.
IMPORTANT
In addition to completing this form, you will need to register
with Ferry Beach once registration opens for this event, for each individual attending.
